These include in-person or virtual wellness days which cover a variety of requested along with healthy eating demos, This could be a variety of topics including but not limited to healthy eating, salt, sugar, debunking diet trends or boosting your immune system.

Discovery Vitality Assessments
Includes body composition analyses and nutrition education over 30 minutes. The consultation is provided at medical aid rates OR at a negotiated daily rate.

Corporate Weight Loss Programs
Azi can design and conduct weight loss programs for corporate clients, helping employees achieve healthier lifestyles while enhancing productivity and workplace wellness. These programs are typically tailored to the needs of the employees and the corporate environment and can take place over a period of six to eight weeks.

Individual & Group Consultations
In one-on-one sessions, the dietitian works with employees to offer personalized nutritional advice tailored to their specific health goals, dietary needs, and lifestyle to provide actionable and personalized plans. Both individual and group consultations provide corporate teams with practical tools to improve their diet and health, fostering a more vibrant and effective workforce.

Health Screenings
When conducting health screenings for a company, a dietitian plays a crucial role in promoting employee wellness and preventing chronic diseases.
Azi begins with a comprehensive evaluation of each employee's health history, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors. Essential health metrics such as weight, height, body mass index (BMI), body fat (%). Based on the assessments, the dietitian provides individualized feedback, highlighting areas for improvement and offering practical dietary recommendations tailored to each employee's needs and goals.

Canteen Assessments
Azi evaluates the nutritional quality of the food offerings by examining the current menu, assessing the variety, nutritional balance, and portion sizes of the meals offered. Feedback is gathered from employees through surveys or focus groups to understand their preferences and dietary needs.
Tailored recommendations are then provided to enhance the menu. The canteen staff is assisted with implementing the recommendations, including staff training on healthy cooking techniques and portion control. We then set up a system for regular monitoring and evaluation to ensure the sustained improvement of the canteen’s nutritional offerings.

Media Consulting
Azi can provide a detailed analysis of the nutritional content of recipes, including macronutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals). This is especially valuable for food companies, restaurants, and wellness programs that need to share this information with their consumers or clients.
Azi partners with organizations, health associations, or food brands to run public health campaigns. She does this by serving as a spokesperson, advocating for healthy eating, leading educational initiatives, or developing nutrition programs that reach people through TV, print, and online media.
